This happened almost 3 weeks ago and I phoned Vodacom customer care 5 times and still waiting!!! I've trade 50 talking points for 50 smse, Vodacom took the talking points but no 50 smse were ever given to me. IM STILL WAITING AND GUESS ILL WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR. THEY VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOU AIRTIME AND TALKING POINT BUT NO SMSE OR DATA BUNDLES WERE GIVEN BACK. VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE USELESS.
