New phone giving problems. Vodacom not helping

I have recently took out a new contract from Vodacom, Mall @ Carnival. After a month and few days my Sony Experia gave problems. Keeps on restarting. Gave it in at the branch. Alicia (Customer Consultant) book it in. Waited several weeks for my phone after it was promised to take 3 weeks. Went to the branch on 6 October to follow up, but was not yet back from according the branch. Received an sms from Vodacom, asking wheter im satisfied with the service. I replied NO. Received a call from head office (Nicole) saying the phone was tested and send back to the branch on 26 September. However they are requesting the battery to send it in for repairs again. When I gave it in the battery was returned with my pouch. I phoned the branch again requesting to speak to the Manager several times. The only feedback I received is that the manager is not available. Spoke to Jason, assisting Manager, promised to sort it out and get back to me. Still waiting after a day. Phoned Vodacom head office again to cancel my contract, but the call centre agent Nkosinathi cant assist me. Im requesting a new phone within 24Hours or my contract to be cancelled without any cancellation fee
