Vodacom
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This morning i called vodacom a lady answer the phone, not even stating if the company i called is vodacom, she just said hello as if it is her house phone, never the less i asked if i could enquire about my talking points she then without even telling to please hold put the phone aside and shouted talking points after 10mins of holding she came back to me and said i need to come into the store to enquire about points becaus they are busy so no one can come and assist me on the phone i then asked why can she not assist she said she cannot because they are busy.
This is pethetic service i must say considering the fact that i have been with vodacom for more that 7 years
I am sure other networks providers offer better service then this
