Talking points deducted

On 28 February 2012 I had 1601 points. On 5 March 2012 I exchanged 1500 points and paid in R1492.15.

I was supposed to have 101 points left. According to their call centre they had a technical problem and deducted all my points. I had to phone Vodacom talking points from my landline on 0822411082 on numerous occasions. Today its more than 2 weeks and the issue has not been resolved.
