No internet for over a month

For well over a month we have had virtually no internet access. Our first lodged fault was around 26th August and since then we have reported the fault at least 15 times. We have had our fault "escalated" about 5 times, but with no resolution of the problem. Every time we call we get told that the case will be escalated and will be resolved, but NOTHING has been done.

We are paying for a 4-10MB line and all we get is around 0.3Mb/s or LESS. Usually our speed is at around 0.02Mb/s. This is unacceptable as we're trying to run a business and it takes literally HOURS to download even small e-mails.

It seems that we are getting nowhere with the call centre. It's ridiculous that we could actually apply for a new ADSL line in quicker time than we can have our existing one repaired. Also, we are paying for a service we are not receiving.

This has to be sorted out immediately or we will have to find some other way of getting internet access.
