On the 7 December I logged a call on ref 85crk071213 that the internet speeds were not correct. I also escalated the fault a number of times. On the 19 Dec I got an Sms saying the fault has been referred to the technical repair division. On the 22 Dec I got an SMS saying that the fault has been corrected. When I got back from leave 29 Dec the internet speeds were as follows ping 52ms, download speed 0.11mbps, uploaded speed was 0.54mbps. My line is a 4 meg line. I want the line corrected urgently an a full refund on the time that it was not in use since early December 2013. I have again escalated the call and logged another fault ref 88crk301213. Urgent action needed please as the connection is vital for a small business and a CPF chairman.
