No Internet Service/No Feedback/No Resolution

Good Morning,
We have had no internet service for over a month now. I initially logged the fault with your call centre and received the following reference number 554CWZ221013. A long while later we followed up as the sms message we received stated that a technician has already been dispatched. We should have known that you were lying as Telkom has never proved to be efficient. We followed up again and were told that our fault would be escalated. Another week went by with no feedback or even a response. We followed up again only to be told that the previous person who "escalated" our fault didn't actually do that, and so the fault was escalated once again! More time went by and I followed up again as clearly nobody seems to be bothered about customers at Telkom! We were told that Telkom was very busy and that's why nobody has attempted to address our fault or even provide some reason as to why a functioning internet just stopped working.
I then again called your call centre and was told that we should enquire from the 3G or wireless dept. as to what the problem might be. It seems that now the customers have to do your work for you as well!!! FIX THIS!!!
