TELKOM HAS STILL DONE NOTHING!

I reported my internet line being down 21 December 2012. I now have 7 reference numbers and my case has been escalated at least 12 times. I was told yesterday that my line was fixed even though it was not and when I called back they told me the fault had been cleared.

I now have a NEW reference number and the fault has been reported again as a new fault! Am I going to have to wait another month before someone at this company finishes their 50 year long degree or will someone actually do their job?? I now fully understand why there are so many complaints on this website about Telkom, or should I say FAILkom!!

And I guarantee the response to this post is that the matter has been escalated again... Please Telkom, make someone pull their finger out their bum and do something?! This is completely ridiculous now, I am PAYING for a SERVICE and YOU are not DELIVERING!!!
