I took a 24 month smart light package contract with vocacom, I actually regret the day i took the contract, I cant wait for the contract to expire and move to another network. I was wrongly billed the first month i took the contract with them, I called the call center it took them almost 6 weeks to fix my problem, they deducted more than the were suppose to deuct, eventually I got my refund, same thing happened the following month, I was told I bought certain megabytes, which obviously I did not buy, sadly yesterday when I got my invoice same story repeating itself, I am honestly tired of complaining. I will just wait for the contract to expire. The sad thing Is that, I have been a loyal vodacom customer since I could remember, I have never used any other network.
