Migration of number from voice call to data

My son was due for an upgrade in mid January 2013 and we contacted MTN Kollonade for the re-newal. On the 24th Jan 2013 my number, 083 had a message that sim regristration failed. We contacted 808 who informed me that my number was migrated to data contract. We approached MTN Kollonade who informed us that, that will be resolved before the end of Monday. I've been without a phone since Thursday (4days). My work was hampered because clients could not reach me, my seniors could not reach me and as I'm a field worker that made me as if I'm incompetent. My family members could not also reach me. I'm very angry and disappointed at MTN and the service you have provided. I've been with MTN for more than 17 years, being a loyal subscriber and receiving such LOW service is a disgrace! How can I be migrated before my contract is due? I am contemplating to switch to other service providers who will value me as a good and loyal customer. I've lost a lot... financially and emotionally. Will MNT reimburse me on my loss? I've to travelled more that 50km from my work place to MTN at my own cost, I've also lost clients who will not contact me again! I also lost on airtime that I had!
