Very terrible service!!!

I am currently abroad and have lost my phone. I am requesting for a is sim-swop to be done. But because it is a business contract, a sim-swop cannot be done at the store. I have to personally call in. (084140)

I have asked my secretary to go into a Cell C store to get me a new sim and have been calling since Sunday (22/09/2013) from Vietnam. The consultant told me that someone will call me within 2-24 hours. Monday I called in again because no one has contacted me. They says that someone will contact me. I told them that I am overseas and it's difficult to be reach because I gave a SA number and diverting to my. Vietnam number. I am afraid that airtime will be depleted before they reach me.

They make a note and state that if I cannot be reached, they should contact me on my Vietnam number.

Again no one contacted me!

I called in again later during the day before 5:00pm SA time. The consultant said they tried to contact me on the local number but can't get through. I asked him why no one contacted me on the international number. He replied no they can't call internationally. I was so upset!!!
