I renewed my 2 cellphone contract in Dec 2012 an was assisted by gentlemen by the name of toufeeq he took his time in assisting me an helping me choose the correct package, i left the store happy... my phone has been booked in for repairs and once again he took the time to keep me updated as to what was happening with my handset.
Mtn should be proud as TOUFEEQ has gone the extra mile to ensure a customer is satisfied, i will definitely recommend him to everyone!
