No feedback on CPA complaint lodge since 27 Sept!!

I first reported this telephonically on Friday 13/9/2013.
I supplied full detail and was informed that I will receive a ref number- which I never got.
I called again on Wednesday evening 18/9 /2013 and was informed by the team leader, that the initial complaint was closed with no explanation why and that the information was also different to my explanation at the time.
A new query was loaded and I was promised feedback by her (personally) 24 -48 hours later.
On Monday 24/9/2013 I followed up again, and was told that they could not find any "open query". I re-logged the same complaint! (S3-TIMB4-4R49, S3-TOHZE-EI4IF)
On Friday 27/9/2913 i was referred to Amsha Moodley, Gauteng FC. From here i was reffered back to the store manager where we signed the contract, and i was told that we will get feedback by Friday 4/10/2013 with regard to the complaint re misinformation on the contract we were sold and incorrect detail completed on the actual contract.
I again received no feedback from any Vodacom employee. I have folowed this up with another mail yesterday and again this morning. No reply from Amsha at all!
TERRIBLE customer service!..and yet, Vodacom is very quick to stop services!
