I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK REGARDING MY COMPLAINT LOGGED ON 30/12/2013.MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER RECEIVED FROM VODACOM!!!
I applied for a contract which I wanted my number to be ported from MTN to Vodacom I was then informed by a consultant that it could be done once the contract was approved and activated I should go to a Vodacom store for the porting to take place. TO MY DISMISS when I got to Southdale Vodacom store I was advised that its not possible to do so I will have to port my MTN number to a prepaid number and not my contract number oh the F&*^& can that happen when I was informed it was possible... VODACOM really need to up their standards as it is very annoying having to go all the way to a store and not being helped I have had enough your incompetent service... one complaint after the other that's what you get for being a loyal Vodacom client I supposed... PATHETIC SERVICE AS USUAL!!!
