Incorrect upgrade billing

On 5th July 2013 I logged a query/complaint re: upgrade of contract premium. I have communicated on various occassions via e-mail to get some feedback, but only to be told the matter is still under investigation. I never get feedback within 24 hours as advised, I must always ask for feedback. I am really disappointed in the service I have received in solving this matter, which has now been a month with no results. I have been a customer of Vodacom for several years. Please resolve this matter and refund me. I cannot wait for another month to be refunded... Ref. No: 0042-23TT
