On 08/08/2013 I logged a complaint: 53-TYK2O-OE8AI and was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours with a result - I NEVER got any feedback. On 14/8 I spoke to Gift and she told me that the complaint hasn't been assigned to anyone yet, but she will make sure that it's done and I'll get feedback within 24 hours - NOTHING. On 19/8 I received the exact same story from Peace, saying that it's been unassigned, but he will "blah, blah, blah" and I will get feedback within 24 Hours - NOTHING! On 21/8 I spoke to Zakele, who confirmed that the complaint is still unassigned, after which I insisted on speaking with a team leader. Simpiwe (a lady) took ALL my details, and stated that she will ensure that my query is assigned and finalised before the end of the day and she would personally contact me with feedback - NOTHING!! This morning, 22/8 I spoke to someone whose name I didn't get and she confirmed that the query is STILL unassigned. She wouldn't let me speak to Simpiwe, but insisted that the matter will be resolved within the next 24 Hours... Whatever! I don't believe her!

My query? Contract wasn't cancelled when it should have been and I want a refund!
