WHEN IS THIS GOING TO GET END???

No reply, NO good service, still UNHAPPY!!!

I am going for the 4th week WITHOUT a phone, MTN don't get back to me and I can't see that feedback from re-pair is taking so long!
Do you or any one think its fair that for being a customer for more the 4 years its acceptable for the service I receive from MTN?

If the shop assistants help the customers CORECT things like this WILL NOT HAPPEN!!!

How can someone continue a HAPPY customer if this is there way of doing things?
How do they want customers to pay for things that they are UNHAPPY with? If everyone do there work CORRECT the customer will understand BETTER.

MTN is a BIG company but it looks like the are a communication PROBLEM between them.

I TRUSTED MTN but after this and still sitting WITHOUT a phone I don't know anymore!!!

Can someone from MTN give me feedback on what is happening and when I can collect my belongings than I AM PAYING for!!
