No staff at till

I went to @Home today in Nicolway to purchase things for my house. After taking approximately 30minutes to carefully select my items, I got to the till and wanted to pay. There was no one at the till to ring up my things. I informed another lady that was packing things that I needed to pay, she shouted at someone in the back, then I waited. I asked the packer again to get someone to ring up my things... she shouted again. After 15 minutes of standing at the till and not having anyone to ring up my things, I unformed the lady that was packing the things that I will leave as they clearly do not want to serve customers. Why don't you just close your doors if you want to give customers this type of service? You are wasting my time having me select my things out, then have to stand and wait and not be able to pay for it.
