Hi Peter, I took my car in for service today at McCarthy Burma 20130215.It's now 16h05 after constantly following up with them on the update they keep saying they will come back to me. I called just now to arrange for them to collect me, no feedback still on the car!! I was then told all drivers are not available to collect me. What a bad service offered. That branch is dropping down the drain and if they don't do something... They will lose customers. I have heard it with bad service at McCarthy Burma. I don't know what is happening there but things have changed and that Branch used to be world class service provider, now it's only a pain to take my car for service. I trusted the branch ever since 2006 and no matter which side of Jo'berg I am at. I have always serviced with them. They must know they just lost a customer. Ohh! and the dropping of calls while waiting on the line is not a good impression at all.
