Nedbank clearly unable to "Make things Happen"

We have received extremely appalling service from Nedbank, they clearly are unable to "Make Things Happen". We have been trying to add a member onto our business account at the Fourways mall branch and TWO months later the bank has not been able to "make this happen".
We were advised it would take a week and they will come back to us with feedback and confirmation. No one from Nedbank made contact with us thereafter, even after 3 follow up visits and 6 telephone calls (none of which were returned even though we were promised a return call and feedback).
We dealt with Patricia Gengiah with no luck and we tried her manager Robin, who also to date has still not been able to help.
This has been an inconvenience as we are unable to conduct our business properly owing to this delay - why is anyone from Nedbank unable to assist us?
If this process is supposed to take a week, why has Nedbank taken 2 months to process this request?
I would appreciate feedback from someone at Nedbank soonest as it seems the normal way of communication via email or telephone is not going to warrant any attention.
