Ocean Basket
Pathetic customer service, bad attitude! Unhappy

We entered the restaurant, was seated. My husband my 3 n half year old daughter n myself. After ordering a few things we requested a larger table as the table was already quite cramped and our main meal hadn't arrived as yet, to my amazement we were refused an add on table or to be moved to another table! Yet, the restaurant wasn't even fully occupied. I am totally appalled at the poor service as we are regualr customers to the restaurant. What has happend to treating a customer with utmost respect?? What has happened to the good old motto of never let a customer leave unhappy??? sadly my family and I wil never dine at this specific branch again and the really sad part is that this is the only ocean basket in the the upper north coast area. I am hoping I receive a reply to this!
