Very poor service delivery

This lawyer firm does not understand the words Service Delivery, Customer care, Communication, Time consumption or any other word that goes by looking afetr their customers needs...
I have asked numerous times to just keep me updated or correspondance at least when I send a mail asking something or not even when I phone nobody is available and just leave a message but still no responce?
I am not someone that really complains but when you are in the process of selling your house, Please do yourself a favour and do not do it through this firm...
When we signed the contracts with the home agent upon the buyers request asked me to do it through her lawyer, I was looking forward to great service which I did receive in the beginning and when I realised its been too long since she got back to me I phoned and the responce was that she was no longer there. They couldnt tell me who took over and still dont know after 1 month of pleading for responce or service which I never really received? I googled them even and seems like its no lawyers at this firm, only assistants? Since then I had to take things up in my own hands regardsing the electricity CTC and other things?
