4 Months and Account is still not Cancelled!

We went to Tygervalley Telkom to cancel a business account in March 2013. They could not help us and we had to email [Email Removed] to cancel the service. We send the email on 14 March 2013. Get a delivery and read report. Nothing happen. We resend. We received the following email for Telkom:

We did all of the above and still nothing from Telkom; in the meantime the account is running every month. We will not pay this account. This is now 4 months!!!
Get your act together Telkom and cancel this service!
