I recently booked my handset in for repairs, it keeps on rebooting and whilst rebooting, it reboots again. I am a businessman and need access to my e-mails all the time. The first time i booked the phone in for repairs, some hardware was changed and when i received it back about 3 weeks ago it was just as faulty. On the 28th September I was foreced to book it in again, prior to booking it in, I done a full software upgrade in order to avoid the delay and hassle, hoping this would solve the problem, but to no avail. In front of the consultant with whom i booked the handset in, the phone rebooted about 4 times on it's own. Today (03/10/2013) I contacted vodacom repair centre to query the status of the handset and what has been done, I was told that a software upgrade was done and it was dispatched back to vodaworld. This is pathetic, i had already done a software upgrade, how different is your software upgrade. Now having sat 3 weeks without a phone I should go all the way to vodaworld and collect the phone only to re-book it in. Is this the service you'll render, considering that during this time i still paid my monthly bill including the handset cost and BIS without even using it
