Blackberry 9360 sent for repairs 29.05.2013. IMEI 351602055143554. Numerous calls to service providers. Advised that handset would be repaired. Handset was requested to be replaced as still under warranty. Advised that a software upgrade was needed. Handset returned on 29.06.2013 with supposedly new battery & track pad but inadequate software. handset returned immediately.
Handset no longer covered by warranty as of 22.07.2013 but handset was still NOT returned to customer despite numerous requests. Handset was then sent back with alleged fluid damage and no longer for repairs!!!
Herman advised he could repair it - it was sent back for his attention. Handset returned after 14 weeks to customer. Received on 13.09.2013. As of today 23.09.2013 it is again no longer working with the exact same problems that required a software upgrade ie: switching itself off. battery still looks old. trackpad freezing (not doing that before it went for repairs).

BEYOND FRUSTRATED and needing phone repaired. have been a customer for 14 years - no loyalty or appreciation shown in FIRST time of need.
