Bad Service all over!

Good Day,

Our organisation has had so many problems with Nashua Mobile. Every time we do an upgrade or move contracts it takes almost 2 - 3 weeks for the phones to be activated. Recently we have asked for the last 3 months invoices as we have not received them my email or post. We send an official letter on 20/8/2013 and after that have called and requested them more than 3 times and they are still outstanding. Nashua has informed us that they have a new system and backup's is not available which I believe is impossible. We are a not for profit organisation and without invoices our donors don't pay for these cost. I tried to make use of the call center today but I was put on hold for 15 min with no update from the consultant until she just put the phone down. If this lack of service will not improve in the near future I am moving all out business accounts to another service provider as soon as possible.
