Repair not booked in two weeks

I always knew that MTN had bad service but this is beyond, I had booked my handset in for a software upgrade as it froze while installing a wireless upgrade this was on the 05 April 2013.A week later i then called the repair center to find out how far they are with the repair of my handset as they told me it would take 4-6weeks for it to be repaired, the consultant then told me that they do not have a record of my handset NOTE: this was between the 23-25 April if I am not mistaken. I then went to the store to find out what had happened to my phone- I found a lady by the name of Miriam Shabangu who booked my phone in, when asked she told me that she does not know about my handset and told me about some pathetic story of the guy who is responsible for repairs. She then decided to look for my handset which was found under the counter with the booking form wrapped around it- I DONT HAVE A PHONE AND IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS SINCE I BOOKED MY HANDSET IN AND IT'S STILL IN THE STORE.
I have never ever received such shocking service she also gave me attitude when I asked her how she is going to help me. WORSE SHE TOLD ME SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP ME. I am frustrated and PHONELESS...
