Shocking service, phone still not repaired

It is shocking to have experienced such disgusting service from vodacom, i recently upgrade to a Lumia520 and 7 days after it started not switching on, i then followed the OBF procedure and sent it to vodacom repairs as the 7 OBF had lapsed. It was booked in and i got a ref8969544 which they said that the phone was not faulty, i went back and took it and noticed that the problem was not resolved, they booked it in again for ref:8993249 which came back and was not resolved and was followed by ref 9026185 and 9066180..This handset was booked in for four times and it still not working. On the fourth ref, it was reported that the handset was swapped, however i still cannot enjoy my upgrade. I have heard it now with Vodacom Repairs and i no longer want to continue with the upgrade, all i want now is for my upgrade to be reversed and the contract to be cancelled.
