Being billed for 4 accounts instead of only 2

All in all this has been an exhausting as well as financially straining ordeal that Cell C has put me through.
Since May 2013 I have been billed for 4 contracts and I have only 2 activated.
We were sent 2 cell phones and asked Cell C on numerous occasions to collect them and stop the debit orders.
Finally only 3 weeks ago was my case looked at and discussed. Only to my disgust they couldn't pick up that the phones were collected. Therefore debits were still being deducted.
I was notified that my case was being handle and monies would be paid into my account within 7 working days, needless to say it has been 14 working days and not even a cent has been paid back to me.
I am so tired of having to spend my days on the phone with Cell C to sort this out!
It is unprofessional the way in 'cases are handled'
