Thanks for responding to my complaint Wenzile. I have emailed all the relevant documentation as requested and still no reply or a courtesy email to say you have received it over a week now... By the way as per my contract that I have thanks to East rand mall branch. Took then less than 5 min to get a copy. Edenvale I am still waiting now for 6 weeks for them to get it and its always excuses they cant get help from head office... Close that branch down as your staff as incompetent. As per my contract I don't have to pay promo fee as I have an all inclusive rate including promo fee of R236. Then add on the BIS and it will be R270. Have sent all the documents to the person you requested and still no reply" Humbulani". By the way answering you are busy with it on hello peter does not stop there. You should follow up and make sure it is done. As you are also included in the poor service now due to your staff..
