I requested from MTN to upgrade my contract from a MTN 500 to a MTN 750 which happened as requested but were the problem began is the promo service fee that Kevin said will change from R130 to R19. This didn't happen and this is the 3rd month in a row that I complain about the promo service fee that must be fixed and nothing happens. They don't even reply on my mails. On the forms I filled in for the upgrade I did state I want a Samsung S4 phone because according to Kevin I could of received a new phone now this is where the confusion comes in, he says that I marked that I have a S4 phone but that is not the case I wouldn't have marked S4 if he didn't tell me that I could get a new phone. Currently I am using my Samsung Note 2 as I have done from 2013 January. Surely they can look on their system what type of handset do I have active on their network? They now owe me R333 so far for the 3 months promo service fee.
