More than 6 weeks and still no credit given

My last upgrade was on 2010-06-24. My actual period served = 33 months with contract period remaining -9 months. My promo service fee of R95.61 is still on my invoice. This deduction should have stopped in 2012-10-24 when my contract reached 24 months after the last upgrade done after 20 months. I queried this on 29 Jan (Ref no#96442140). I've had no feedback and the promo service fee is still being deducted as on my 02/2013 invoice. As of 29 Jan I'm still waiting for the amount of R871 credit to be refunded on my invoice. On top of this in Feb the promo fee is still being deducted. The ref for the 08 Mar query is 97822585; and I'm still waiting for a reply! More than 6 weeks for a credit to be given, and more than 2 weeks for a reply to a query which apparently is still under investigation!! Pathetic and incompetent! Being an MTN client since 1996 and your customer service and response times are going down the drain! You have nothing to brag about!! Useless, incompetent and pathetic!!!
