MTN just ignores the problem

This is now over 5 months I have been trying to get my contract sorted out. Even the office of the group executive cannot sort it out. Humbulani Nedane is busy now with it for 3 months and still nothing sorted out. They cannot even get my contract from the Edenvale branch. How am I to get a copy of my contract? How do I stop something I am paying for that I did not ask for MTN just bills me and there is no way I can stop it even if you go to the branch and they say they will stop it. Customer service also says they will stop it and the next month is still on? Is there anyone in MTN that has any clue in or authorization that can do something about this...? And please don't just reply under this by saying you are looking into it... That does not help...

Is there anyone in MTN that has the intelligence to sort this out? It looks as if they stick their heads in the sand hoping the problem will go away. Well it is not going away and I will keep on posting here till it is sorted. If I can get one person not to take a contract from you it is one person I have helped.
