Incompetent and NO customer service

5 Weeks ago I walked into Nashua Mobile Branch to take a contract for my complex's intercom system. We provided all the documentation requested. and was assured that it would take a couple of days to get the contract up and running. It is now 5 weeks later and still no contract. What I find so disgusting is the fact that NOONE has the courtesy to pick up a phone and inform me of the delays, including the so called franchisee! Disgusting service - no courtesy and no follow up - the owner of the shop is not contactable - promises made and not kept - so I wonder - does the head-office - make any effort to check on their franchisees? They must be the only company in this recession who must be making so much money that they do not have to worry about new customers! I walked into the store today because I was promised that it would all be sorted only to be told that H/O hadn't loaded the branch code!? NO CALLS as I was promised! NO COURTESY and NO MANNERS! I told them to cancel and only because I was being polite! What I wanted to say was not fit for a lady!
