CellC's Website states that their Straight Up 100 contracts has a benefit that you only PAY for what you USE, which you see as if you only use 20 minutes of the 100 minutes bundle, you only pay for those 20 minutes you did you use, which is the reason I went and got the contract. Now CellC"s call center states that it means that you pay for every minute you go over your bundle minutes, which is how a normal contract works and there for it's not a benefit and no reason to advertise it. On CellC's website there is no note that tells you what it means and no terms and conditions around that benefit, and the sales person in store also neglected to tell anything about it. I would like CellC to cancel my contract, I will gladly pay for the phone, but I'm not paying anything for the contract or any early cancellation fees. I called the call center on the 01/01/2013, again on 16/01/2013 because no one got back to me, then again on 21/01/2013 because I still hadn't heard anything back, I only received a call from them today (28/01/2013). Took almost a month to just give me a call.
