Impossible to cancel my contract?

This is my 3rd Hello Peter complaint on the same issue. It's been approximately 9 weeks now after I've filed for a cancellation since I don't have any reception at home. It was "approved", I had to return my contract phone (for which I'm still paying), but ever since NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

I really don't know what to do. The staff and manager at the Menlyn store (which I thought was their leading branch) simply shrugged their shoulders and emailed "back-office". This "back-office" did not reply, not even to my follow-up mail. Hello Peter got me 2 sad and empty responses, but if not fake, then utterly inefficient and a poor effort all in all

I can already see TM Social Media's response... "We apologize... Understand... Will attend..."

TM Mobile. Can you pleeeeease not reply, and instead take the time to try and resolve this issue?

You're slowly establishing yourself as the worst mobile operator in SA. But at least your going there slowly... super slowly.
