No Reception & No Answe

My uncle lives in Kriel. He has been having endless problems with reception in the area. For the last week or so, he can't even get to his homepage. Modem shows a light green LED. He has tried to contact MTN but there is just no answer. He visited both the internet cafes in the area, and both of them were closed last week. So it seems like the whole area is having issues. I called MTN on behalf of my uncle, and the operator explained that there was a problem, but it has been resolved. Speaking to my uncle however... Still no luck. So now I am obviously writing this report on behalf of him, since he can't even get to HelloPeter with the bad reception in the area. Will the reception in the area ever be resolved? What should he do?
