The debited more than what we agreed on

8ta has debited R821 on my account and as per cunsultant who assisted me it was for the data contract that took with them when I ask her how come it id this much she told me that it id what I have signed for, which is not true the contract I took at hatfield I suppose to pay R299 for it and their data keeps on gets finished before I even use them they told me that I'll be getting 1.5G these people are jusi us our money need my money back
