8ta has been over debiting my account since i renewed the contract with them, my data contract was for R199 per month, on renewal it was on basis that i get an extra 10 gig night surfer for the same mothly amount, i agreed, the following month i got debited R299 instead of R199, i ignored it, second month the same happened, when i called in to report they stated they see their fault and will fix and recompensate the amounts overdebited, the following month instead of repaying me they now debited me, R1500, when i enquired why this is, they stated i over used my data for that month which has is impossible since whenever my data depletes the internet pauses till i purchase extra data, which i did not do, they said they would look into it, since then ive been going back and foward opening cases and them closing without resolving anything, this month they handed me over to new dept management which took R848 from me and still they say they investigating my issues, i am very disappointed with the service they have been providing me lately. and the fact that i am not getting any resolutions, am even thinking of canceling my contracts with 8ta, its been 4 months now and still nothing.
