I received a sms on my data contract that stated that I must pay R420.48 this month instead of my normal R150. I called them on 28 Jan 13 and they told me they will come back to me. I called again on 30 Jan 13 (CN: 4015642) with the same answer. On the 31 Jan 13 the amount was debited from my account and I called again (CN:436789). Still no answer to where the amount comes from or how it can be fixed. This is not the first time I have trouble with my data account at 8ta. My contract will be canceled at the end of its period and they will never see me again. Now I just want my money back but I do not know what to do.
