Cancellation & Account Debited with NO PERMISSION

I took a contract out with Telkom Mobile for a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet. I was told by the consultant at Telkom Mobile's Somerset Mall branch that there is definitely coverage in Stellenbosch in and around campus. BUT when I tried to use the tablet on campus, I struggled to find signal.

I logged an incident with them and they said a technician would fix the problem as soon as possible. No luck there either.

After this happened, Telkom Mobile cancelled my contract (without my permission) and I received a bill of R6, 500 which they then debited directly off my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. (NOTE: I had only authorised a debit order of approx. R400 per month for the contract.)

THEN, they opened a second contract to reinstate the data package on the tablet. Again, without my permission. I was told that I would be charged approx. R120 per month for the package. BUT an additional R408 was debited off my account again this month.

I am seriously disgruntled and irritated with this service provider. I gave no permission whatsoever for any large amounts of money to be taken from my bank account and yet they are just debiting my account over and over.
