Hi there, I would just like to feedback that I have never received such bad service from a service provider. I have been with Vodacom for 11 years and my whole family is with them too and I will now be moving over to MTN who can offer me a better deal, quicker service and staff who are efficient and I will make sure everyone hears about my very unpleasant experience I have had with Vodacom. No one could assist me with an iphone 5 package with any value, when I called to cancel my contract I got offered a better deal which they customized for me. I didn't get sent any new contact or quote, a few days later the wrong phone arrives so I called to report this only to find out the lady who logged my package didnt log on any of the extras she promised me. The call centre consultant was extremely rude and disrespectful and made the whole thing my fault. Its now not sorted, I have no contract and I have been told that if I want to get the right phone, I must wait 5 days for them to come collect the wrong phone from me and then wait another 7 days for my new phone to be delivered again? What infuriates me even more is how badly I have been treated, completely inefficient, rude, disrespectfu
