Wrong insurance given no result of investigation

I'm contract customer of vodacom since December 8 2011 and 4 months after getting my contract I called vodacom to ask for a device cover (insurance) in the event of my phone getting or broken. Then on the 23rd of September my phone, after blocking & blacklisting the phone I tried to make a claim to insurance to get a new phone then I was told I have the wrong type of insurance. I called customer to look into the matter they agreed to let me know. I waited a couple of days called back just to find no-one knows of an investigation I waited another two days tried again & I heard the same story, I complained about no response then one call center agent saw the investigation was open & then closed, the recording of my call was traced & I was given the wrong insurance than what I called & asked for. I was asked to wait till end of working day on the 2nd of October no feed back was given I called on the 3rd just to be told again that no record of an investigation has been logged, one was made then & I must wait 24hours. I waited 26 hours called & got told to wait till the 10th, I called on the 10 & again nothing is being done. The wait is getting too much & I'm in need of a new phone.
