Misinformed by agent

I received an sms which stated that i was 80% over my normal data usage. I called the call centre to confirm if it was correct, as i would have to have adequate funds for this. I was informed by the call centre agent that my data was finished, but i was only payable for between R12-16 and that the sms was mistaken. However, i was billed for R1397.63. This is not acceptable as the moment i was notified about this, i called to find out regarding this.

That was not the first sms that i received regarding this. During the month of May/June i also received it and was informed by the call centre agent that it was an error and i was billed correctly, but this time when i was told that it was incorrect, and i was billed incorrectly.

I need assistance with this issue asap. I want my money refunded to me. Furthermore, this is a new contract and i have received this sms twice already, and have been given incorrect information by the agents. I want this contract cancelled as i cannot continue to be misinformed and then left with surprises when i'm being debited.
