Wrong goods delivered

Hi, I upgraded at vodacom 3 months ago they called and everything was arranged when they delivered the contract package we saw that they gave 2 phones which were wrong i asked for a modem 2 gig contract and got similiar contracts of 135 rand that is still not changed after calling them and were promised that they would collect the one phone that is still in its package. what can i do
