Deducting Money after contract has been cancelled

I cancelled my data contract to the value of R389, giving MTN the normal 30 days notice.
They have however kept on deducting the R389 from my account without me receiving any service for those funds. I have also not received a statement or an invoice for those funds. In fact the invoice and statements that I did receive clearly shows that those monies are not due.

I've tried phoning the customer service department, but after the call remained unanswered for 36 minutes, I hang up. I've tried phoning again and after the call remained unanswered for 42 minutes I hang up.
