I gave 20 days notice as per the contract due to bad service, ADT is still deducting the monthly premium, I phoned the Call Centre stating that I have cancelled and that they must please stop deducting the premium, at first he said that they haven't received my email, and after a while the Call Centre agent said he saw it on the system and that someone from cancellations will contact me, nobody contacted me and they are still deducting a premium from my account. I keep on receiving sms's stating that I am in arrears and if I do not pay they will suspend my services. I have reversed the two debit orders that they have deducted - please cancel!!!
