Applicatiopn For ADSL Line: Extremly Poor Service

On the 20th of September I applied for 4mbps ADSL line and was given order number as 86155007A. After almost 7 days of waiting for the response/date for installation with no results, this morning I got a new order number (86669650) with the message thanking me for choosing Telkom as a service provider, as I was on the phone with Telkom customer center consultant quering the progress on the initial order number.

The customer centre consultant told me that the old order has been closed and new one open without providing reasons why. I would like Telkom to get their act together and provide the kind of service their customers deserve. this is pathatic service to the the least. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as waiting for another 7 working days is out. Speaking to the customer centre does not help either as they dont have authority to fix issues/problems
