3rd Complaint! Still being invoiced!

I am now receiving another invoice! the first payment was taken off my account after I have cancelled this contract as the device was faulty I could never use it, I cancelled this contract within 4 days of receiving it, I should not have been charged a cent! this is now the second invoice you are sending me. I will get you blocked from taking any money out of my account, this is nonsense, I have written 2 Hellopeter complaints about this service from Mtn, taking money out of my account after I was assured over and over again that the money will not go off my account, and here it goes again! Please, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Please get this cancelled, please I dont know how many times I have to go through this again, this is becoming ridiculous, please just get it cancelled stop taking money out of my account for a contract I DONT HAVE! AND NEVER HAD!
I cannot take this anymore, please stop!
Please help to get this stopped... I cannot afford money being taken out of my account for something I dont have or am not using and was cancelled 4 days after I got the device because it did not work, it was collected weeks ago, please get this stopped.
