Billed for a cancelled contract

I cancelled my data contract with Cell C in March and I assumed that was it. I paid my account upto the end of April to accommodate the one month's notice.

Later in May I discovered Cell C still had me on their system as an active client. I called the call centre and spoke to Jeanice (from the legal department) she sent me a letter confirming that my contract with Cell C was paid up and cancelled and that I will not receive any more billings and my status will be updated.

However, a few days ago, I received a bill from cell c. what is that bill for and why are you still billing me after I cancelled the contract and you sent a letter confirming that the contract was indeed closed.

Please update your system and please send me another letter confirming that the contract is indeed cancelled and you have updated your system to that effect and also please send me a statement showing that you have reversed your illegal invoice number 1159293823.

I cancelled my contract with you because I was not happy with your service and to constantly have to remind you to do your jobs after cancelling is really irritating and annoying.
